Founded in 1964 by Günter Blase in his double garage, igus has emerged into a worldwide company turning over a billion in yearly sales. With an initial focus on plastics, the company now offer various mechanical and electrical components in addition to its low cost automation products (including articulated, linear, and delta robots).
